What you'll do

• Provide quality care and individualized attention
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion
• provide incontinence care and repositioning to protect skin integrity
• check vital signs and weights, apply creams or ointments, and collect specimens as assigned
• share observations and behavioral changes with supervisors
• assist the Wound Care Nurse as directed
• document care and maintain confidentiality.
