The Qualified Mental Health Professional – Group Facilitator role is onsite in Henrico, VA, with a day schedule Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The posting lists starting pay of $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience. What you'll do

• Facilitate group discussions and create a safe, supportive space
• lead skill-building sessions focused on daily living, communication, trauma processing, anger management, and psychoeducation
• document client progress, attendance, and outcomes in compliance with DBHS regulations
• provide direct therapeutic services, training, and psychoeducational support
• work with professionals and community partners to help clients meet goals.
