The Christian After-School Elementary Coach — K–5 role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with part-time hours Tuesday through Friday between 1:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Forerunner Mentoring’s program supports young men in Lake Highlands through mentoring, programs, and family support in the name of Jesus. The coach leads elementary students through daily activities, supports homework and lessons, monitors safety and behavior, and builds encouraging relationships. The role helps make after-school programming safe, engaging, and supportive for students.

What you'll do

• Lead groups in Bible lessons, recreation, and homework help
• monitor students and intervene in unsafe situations according to policies
• set up and clean up the site
• assist with planning and facilitating activities and service projects
• support student transportation by van if eligible
• build relationships and encourage students.
