The Senior Commercial Operations Analyst is an onsite role in Foster City, CA. The base salary range is $144,000–$197,000 per year; compensation also includes Amazon restricted stock units and Zoox stock appreciation rights, and a sign-on bonus may be offered. The role supports Zoox’s commercial business and its Central Market Management team as the autonomous mobility business scales. The analyst builds and runs processes for pricing, promotions, and commercial health monitoring, translating demand and operational signals into decisions that support growth and profitability. Working with Product, Data Science, Fleet Operations, and Finance, the role connects commercial decisions to operational inputs and financial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own recurring processes for pricing and promotion decisions and evaluate commercial systems
• build metrics, reporting, and review cadences for commercial health
• partner with Finance to connect decisions to P&L impact
• work with Fleet Orchestration and Fleet Operations on operational inputs and demand management
• synthesize operational and financial data into recommendations for partners and leadership.

Why this role
