What you'll do

• Provide claims advice and guidance under the Vice President of Claims
• advocate for clients and liaise with insurance carriers
• oversee large-loss claims and complex client accounts
• assist with loss and risk analysis and claims data reporting
• prepare workers’ compensation experience modification factor evaluations as needed
• support client coverage decisions through policy and document reviews
• maintain technical expertise in property and casualty coverage, workers’ compensation laws, legal theory, and carrier processes
• support Claims Analysts and coordinate service plans.
