Automotive Sales Manager

The Automotive Sales Manager role is onsite in Arlington Heights, IL, with an annual salary range of $80,000–$120,000. Autos of Chicago is an independent dealership with more than 500 vehicles in inventory and a high volume of leads. The manager leads and develops the sales team, assists with closing deals, and coordinates with finance, BDC, and inventory departments. Sales coaching, customer follow-up, and inventory and pricing oversight support dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
• desk deals and assist in closing sales
• work with Finance, BDC, and Inventory
• monitor CRM activity and customer follow-up
• train sales consultants
• maintain customer satisfaction and CSI
• help manage inventory and pricing
• ensure dealership processes and policies are followed.
