What you'll do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, training, probation, and transfer procedures
• maintain employee files and HR records
• handle I-9 and E-Verify processes
• support labor-law compliance, audits, and internal controls
• administer benefits, COBRA, and workers’ compensation
• post openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring paperwork
• track attendance and leave
• maintain HRIS data and reports
• support employee inquiries, engagement, training, and performance documentation.
