What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• take accurate food and beverage orders
• explain menu items and make recommendations
• enter orders and communicate with the kitchen and sushi bar
• check on guests and respond to their needs
• maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• complete assigned opening, daily, and closing duties
• follow restaurant policies, food-safety standards, and service procedures
• work with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, sushi chefs, and management.
