What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and visitor activity
• verify credentials as required
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations under emergency procedures
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs.
