What you'll do

• Manage service and sales support for an assigned book of commercial lines business
• assist with new and renewal submissions
• market new business and current accounts in a timely manner
• review policies for accuracy and completeness
• verify client policy transactions against company guidelines
• document customer and policy activity in the agency management system
• maintain confidentiality
• provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers, and company personnel
• pursue educational opportunities to improve insurance knowledge.
