What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote company programs including loyalty, warranty, and credit card enrollment.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities.
• Supervise teammates, manage performance, and oversee store operations including opening and closing procedures.
