What you'll do

• Lead project acquisition, contract negotiations, client relations, budgets, and trade partner strategy
• recruit and supervise project teams
• coordinate pre-construction planning and project start-up
• oversee portfolio financial forecasting and P&L
• visit project sites to monitor performance, clean-build protocols, and safety
• champion Lean processes and safety programs.
