The Speech Therapist is an onsite role based in Middletown, KY. Compensation is not specified beyond the hourly rate of $50.00/hr. This position supports the Powerback Rehabilitation team in providing essential therapy services to older adults in assisted living and community settings. The role exists to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient performance in communication and swallowing. The Speech Therapist evaluates patients, designs personalized treatment plans, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve functional independence and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat patients in home and assisted living settings
• develop and implement speech-language pathology treatment plans
• provide cognitive-communication, swallowing, and speech intelligibility therapy
• maintain clinical documentation
• supervise students or support personnel as needed
• coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
