The School-Age Teacher role is an onsite position in Columbia, MD, with pay of $18–$20.50 per hour. The teacher supports Celebree School’s focus on children’s and team members’ growth. The role creates an engaging, safe classroom where school-age children can learn, develop creativity, and build confidence. Through lesson planning, supervision, family communication, and progress records, the teacher supports children’s development and the center’s learning environment.

What you'll do

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• manage the classroom in compliance with childcare regulations and company policies
• maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment
• supervise children and use positive discipline techniques
• communicate children’s experiences and accomplishments to parents
• maintain attendance, participation, and achievement records.
