Account Executive – Home Care

What you'll do

• Manage the sales process from prospecting through strategic account management, including assessing needs, presentations, client and family consultations, and follow-up
• create quarterly business plans
• pursue admission and revenue targets
• explain non-medical home care services and address objections
• maintain sales activity in CRM software
• collaborate with Intake and Case Management on care coordination and admissions
• monitor competitors and market trends
• represent the company as a home care resource.

Why this role
