What you'll do

• Greet customers and explain service value
• survey vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates
• coordinate vehicle tear-down as needed
• explain repair processes and insurance procedures
• follow up on estimates and missed appointments
• document damage, repair details, authorizations, and payment arrangements
• create repair orders and schedule repairs
• coordinate with production managers, technicians, insurance adjusters, and claims representatives.
