What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations at the Lionshead ticket office, Lost & Found office, and outdoor Product Sales team
• provide frontline support during peak periods
• resolve guest questions and escalations
• lead, coach, and support team members
• document performance and provide feedback
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• monitor facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll processes, and budgets
• collaborate with internal partners and contribute to operational improvement.
