HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Weymouth, MA. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, with weekly pay. The technician supports residential HVAC service for Boston Standard / New England Ductless. The role exists to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems and explain findings and options to homeowners. Preventive maintenance, accurate service documentation, and safe work support reliable system performance and a professional customer experience.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• perform preventive maintenance and tune-ups
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
• service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
• explain findings and options
• complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation
• maintain vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment
• follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Why this role

Requires 1+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, OSHA, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable record. Service Titan or similar software experience is a plus.
