What you'll do

• Lead continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods
• identify performance and waste-reduction opportunities
• develop and monitor KPIs
• analyze processes and root causes with cross-functional teams
• facilitate workshops and training
• standardize best practices and documentation
• manage improvement projects and measure ROI
• support change management and the Operations Excellence roadmap.
