Construction Administrator

What you'll do

• Contribute to improving construction administration processes, emphasizing efficiency, quality assurance, and timely closeout
• review and process field observation reports, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and pay applications
• represent Dekker at construction progress meetings and conduct field observations
• oversee reviews and responses by other team members as appropriate
• promptly inform the Project Manager of significant construction issues, cost or schedule changes, owner concerns, or contractor tensions
• share field lessons with design and quality teams
• maintain working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
• communicate project progress, challenges, and support needs.

Why this role
