What you'll do

• Lead hotel operations across guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration, including food and beverage and banquets at full-service properties
• coach and develop department leaders and teams
• maintain brand standards
• manage budgeting, forecasting, labor, and costs
• partner with Sales and Marketing on occupancy, events, and revenue
• maintain relationships with guests, ownership, brand partners, vendors, and the local community
• uphold safety, compliance, and property standards.
