Security Officer, Overnight Concierge

What you'll do

• Provide a professional front-desk presence
• greet tenants and guests and verify visitor authorization as required
• maintain visitor and access records
• answer phones, direct inquiries, and receive deliveries
• communicate information to building management and authorized personnel
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations under established procedures
• monitor lobby activity and access points
• report unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized access.
