What you'll do

• Prepare and serve beverages for the full-service bar and restaurant guests
• maintain appropriate liquor and wine pars
• apply knowledge of mixed drinks, wines, and imported and domestic beers
• follow beverage-service and state guidelines
• perform food-service responsibilities and other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
