Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is an onsite role based in Tyler, TX. What you'll do

• Provides troubleshooting and optimization assistance for operations on assigned unit(s).
• Conducts daily performance monitoring including mass balance, energy consumption, yields and process unit health performance indicators.
• Generates, analyzes, interprets, and disseminates performance indicators and unit operations data.
• Evaluates catalyst usage and performance.
• Assists senior engineers with data collection and analysis.
• Conducts process operations analysis and economic evaluation using simulation software.
• Participates in the evaluation of equipment design and process development.
• Participates in operator process training classes, MOC development, PHAs and P&ID verification.
