The Optical Sales Associate / Optician role is onsite in Wichita, KS. Compensation is not specified. EyeCare Partners provides clinically integrated eye care through a network of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and affiliated practices; this position is with Grene Vision Group. The optician supports patients’ medical needs and retail experience by helping select, fit, dispense, and adjust glasses and contact lenses based on prescriptions. Training is provided, and no prior medical or eye-care experience is required.

What you'll do

• Help patients select frames based on style, measurements, and prescriptions
• operate auto and manual lensometers
• recommend lenses, coatings, and frames
• collect optical measurements
• dispense glasses and contact lens orders
• repair and adjust frames
• maintain frame inventory and presentation
• perform general office duties as assigned
• comply with HIPAA requirements.
