What you'll do

• Lead and mentor civil engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen
• provide technical guidance, QA/QC oversight, and design feedback
• oversee daily operations, deliverables, and schedules for land development projects
• plan and direct complex projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines
• oversee industrial development projects
• define project scope, budget, design criteria, and schedule
• contribute to proposals and client management
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and codes
• collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
