What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
• follow individual support plans and protocols
• help develop and implement support plans
• communicate with individuals and families
• document daily activities and goals
• maintain confidentiality
• complete required state-mandated training
• may transport individuals when appropriately licensed and insured.
