Clinical Support Staff

Compensation is $1,400–$1,600 per week. The Clinical Support Staff role is an onsite, full-time position in Milford, DE, scheduled Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM. The role supports the clinical team at a treatment center serving people addressing addiction and mental health challenges.

What you'll do

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews
• complete baseline biopsychosocial assessments
• conduct groups
• assist therapists and case managers
• complete clinical documentation
• cover client caseloads when primary therapists are absent
• assist with family communication and discharge planning
• and help clients manage outside stressors. A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field is required.
