TMS / Spravato Treatment Technician

Job overview

The TMS / Spravato Treatment Technician role is onsite in Chicago, IL; compensation is $18 per hour without prior treatment experience or $20 per hour with relevant experience. The technician joins the Interventional Psychiatry team at Glaser and Randhawa Mental Health Group. The role supports TMS and Spravato treatments by preparing treatment areas, monitoring patients, and completing documentation. It contributes to safe, consistent treatment delivery through patient support, protocol adherence, and coordination with providers and other treatment-team members.

What you'll do

• Support TMS and Spravato treatments and monitor patients
• provide reassurance and compassionate support
• prepare rooms, equipment, medications, and supplies
• complete checklists, documentation, PHQ-9s, and reporting
• communicate medical or safety concerns to providers
• maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records
• follow treatment and emergency protocols
• keep treatment rooms clean and stocked
• assist with opening and closing.

Why this role

No previous TMS or Spravato experience is required; training is provided. Schedule is Monday 12:00 PM–7:30 PM, Tuesday 8:30 AM–4:15 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 PM–7:30 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; schedule may change with patient and treatment needs.
