What you'll do

• Assist members in person, by phone, and online
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes
• open checking, savings, certificate, and IRA accounts
• help complete loan applications and gather documentation
• originate and close specified consumer loans
• address member concerns
• follow compliance and risk controls, including BSA and SAFE Act requirements
• manage a book of business, appointments, and referrals.
