What you'll do

• Supervise building inspectors and manage inspection programs
• support the sales team as a subject matter expert
• conduct client visits for complex or escalated projects
• administer and enforce building codes and safety, energy, and accessibility standards
• oversee permits, plan approvals, occupancy certificates, and inspection reports
• and coordinate code enforcement with relevant departments.
