What you'll do

• Lead estimating and cost planning
• develop, review, and present cost plans and reconcile changes
• coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors
• manage valuations, change orders, contingency tracking, and cost variance analysis
• support procurement, bid evaluation, negotiations, and tender recommendations
• prepare monthly cost reports and funding updates
• maintain cost records and close out final accounts
• mentor junior team members
• manage commission financials.
