Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Long Term Acute Care

Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
