What you'll do

• Show apartments and secure leases

• convert walk-ins, calls, and emails into appointments and leases
• maintain waiting lists and follow up with applicants
• screen applicants and prepare leases
• conduct move-in orientations
• handle renewals, extensions, subleases, and notices
• support resident retention and community relations
• maintain leasing-office files, supplies, and operations
• assist with property walks and resident concerns.
