What you'll do

• Source and replenish food and non-food items
• manage assigned product categories and stock levels
• maintain acquisition costs in replenishment software
• review cost sheets and correct discrepancies
• negotiate supplier terms
• manage allocations and promotions
• maintain supplier and item data
• monitor service requirements, shelf life, and inventory profitability
• troubleshoot stock and logistics issues.
