Forklift Operator — Warehouse

The Forklift Operator role is onsite in Morris, IL. Pay is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on shift. The position is recruited by NCW on behalf of a client company and supports warehouse handling of large appliances. The operator moves, locates, stacks, and counts merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory records and safe warehouse operations. Recent forklift operating experience and RF scanner experience are required, including the ability to operate continuously in reverse while transporting and positioning merchandise.

What you'll do

• Operate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and organize merchandise
• load, unload, and transport bulky items
• use an RF scanner to track merchandise and verify inventory
• inspect merchandise
• perform routine equipment checks
• follow safe operating procedures and maintain an organized work area.
