What you'll do

• Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and support VoIP systems
• configure phones, extensions, routing, voicemail, and call queues
• resolve voice and connectivity issues
• coordinate with providers and vendors
• support installations, upgrades, migrations, and clinic implementations
• provide help desk support for computers, software, hardware, and connectivity
• manage accounts and equipment
• document tickets and configurations
• follow IT security and HIPAA-related safeguards
• escalate potential security incidents.
