Operations Supervisor

What you'll do

• Manage receiving, unloading, put-away, replenishment, and inventory processes
• oversee picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• monitor warehouse KPIs
• implement process improvements
• lead and develop team members
• schedule labor and control overtime
• ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• conduct safety meetings, audits, and incident investigations
• manage equipment, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships
• prepare operational reports and present metrics.
