Recruiting & Candidate Experience Coordinator

The role helps hiring teams run organized, responsive searches and improve the candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate interviews and reschedules using Ashby and Google Calendar
• prepare interview logistics and candidate paperwork
• host onsite candidates and office tours
• communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• gather candidate feedback and improve processes
• support onboarding with HR and the Office Manager
• maintain candidate records, stages, and scorecard reminders
• use AI tools to streamline recruiting administration.
