What you'll do

• Provide weekly therapy in school, home, community, or center settings
• conduct holistic assessments, set goals, develop care plans, and deliver clinical interventions
• provide family support and counseling
• offer solution-focused counseling related to substance-abuse risk factors
• provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as warranted
• lead psychoeducational and therapy groups
• provide case management, referrals, advocacy, and coordination with community providers
• complete enrollment paperwork, assessments, clinical documentation, screening tools, and transition plans.
