What you'll do

• Support Command check-ins and check-outs
• assist walk-up customers and document requests in ServiceNow
• resolve assigned tickets and blocked CAC issues
• support DOD365 Outlook and data-transfer requests
• maintain asset and inventory records
• configure and distribute VPN laptops
• assist with refresh projects
• provide after-hours and weekend on-call support
• prepare weekly ticket reports.

Why this role

100% onsite; Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with on-call coverage Friday 4 PM through Monday 7 AM. Requires 5+ years of general IT experience, including at least three years specialized, IAT II certification, and NACLC/Public Trust.
