• Prioritize tasks
• oversee appointment scheduling and service tickets
• conduct daily team check-ins

• work with the Branch Manager toward monthly performance goals
• use internal applications and software
• meet licensing exam requirements and work 40+ hours per week
• maintain a clean driving record.
