What you'll do

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts
• manage the contract system and track renewals, expirations, and obligations
• coordinate contractual issue resolution
• support warranty administration and aircraft redelivery
• assist with discovery and litigation materials
• oversee insurance analysis
• support trade compliance, export control, audits, risk assessments, policies, and employee training
• mentor contracts staff.
