What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual budgets from pre-construction and design documents
• perform trade take-offs
• initiate subcontractor prequalification
• manage bid processes and prepare bid packages
• level subcontractor bids
• review project documents and inspect sites
• collect plans, drawings, and specifications
• assess risks
• maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
• coordinate project objectives, schedules, permits, and costs
• communicate deliverables and procurement schedules with field teams.
