Athletic Trainer

Job overview

The Athletic Trainer role is onsite in Albany, NY, for two hours from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Pay is $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience and credentials. DORN provides industrial injury prevention and ergonomics services to support employee well-being and workplace safety. The role works with client-site management and safety teams to assess risks, coach employees on body mechanics, and provide hands-on therapy. It contributes to injury prevention and pain-reduction efforts through assessments, education, treatment, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Coach employees on body mechanics and self-care
• collaborate with site management and safety teams to assess risks and implement prevention strategies
• provide deep tissue therapy
• document work and progress in DORN systems
• gather employee feedback
• report to client-site teams and DORN management.
