The role exists to develop and sustain robust test systems for new product introduction and ongoing production. By improving test coverage, yield, and throughput and coordinating with production, quality, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams, the engineer helps align test operations with customer requirements and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-of-line and in-process test systems, including functional verification testing, boundary scan, flying probe, and automated and manual test setups
• implement test solutions for new product introduction and production
• collaborate with Sales and Program Management to develop test capabilities and offerings
• support customer site visits and technical reviews
• document and validate test systems
• analyze test data to improve first-pass yield, reduce false failures, and reduce cycle time
• develop and maintain test-effectiveness KPIs
• participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities
• support test-process integration, technician training, troubleshooting, customer visits, audits, and quarterly business reviews
• contribute to cross-site standardization.

Why this role
