What you'll do

• Manage patient calls in the clinical queue and triage symptoms, questions, and requests according to established protocols
• document phone interactions in the EMR and route cases to the appropriate provider or department
• assist with rooming patients, obtaining vitals, preparing exam rooms, and minor procedures such as cast or splint removal
• maintain exam rooms and medical supply inventory
• support clinic readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
• perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and clinical operations.
