What you'll do

• Oversee site security operations and service quality
• maintain incident awareness and documentation
• serve as the client liaison and advise client leadership
• monitor visitors and potential threats
• maintain emergency procedures and security protocols
• monitor threat levels and adjust staffing and procedures
• train security personnel and client staff
• develop and enforce post orders and policies
• coordinate with community partners and law enforcement
• lead and hold site personnel accountable.
