The Business Manager role is onsite in North Charleston, South Carolina. Compensation is not specified. Beautiful Gate Center provides clinical and therapeutic services and a private special education program for people with profound autism and other developmental delays. The role oversees and supports the Center’s day-to-day business operations in collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. It brings together financial management, revenue-cycle oversight, human resources, compliance, facilities, and technology support to help sustain the Center’s services and organizational operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and audit preparation
• support revenue-cycle management, billing, collections, and payor contract compliance
• coordinate fundraising financial records and grant-related budgets
• support HR onboarding, payroll, benefits, staff records, and performance processes
• coordinate facilities, vendors, technology, and risk management
• support compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and HIPAA practices
• prepare for and attend operational and staff meetings.
