The role supports a growing regional practice serving individuals and families with estate planning and related legal matters. The attorney advises clients on estate strategies, drafts and reviews planning documents, and guides estate administration, probate, trust administration, elder law, asset protection, and special-needs planning matters. The position manages client matters from consultation through completion, builds client relationships, collaborates with legal staff, and contributes to practice growth.

What you'll do

• Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies
• draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents
• guide estate, probate, and trust administration
• counsel on elder law, asset protection, and special-needs planning
• manage client matters and deadlines
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• stay current on North Carolina legal developments
• contribute to practice growth.
